I expected this pendulum board to be made of cardboard which is why I had not purchased it before. It is made if a sturdy, lightweight metal in a compact size that make is easier for me as a novice to see where the pendulum is pointing. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I even got some clear book cover adhesive to cover them so they don't get scratched. I use them all the time and in the same way they are setup to be used. Very nice!
