Refund policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order within 48 hours of receiving your order at PersonalLeeYours@gmail.com along with a photo.
If you should cancel your order or create a chargeback, future orders will not be honored.
We work hard to insure your order is correct but sometimes, we like everyone makes mistakes. If the wrong item was sent in error or missing, please let us know and we will send you a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause.
Unfortunately, sometimes an item you ordered is out of stock due to hiccups with inventory that is out of our control. Your item will be refunded and you will receive notification once your refund is processed. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
