If own a business in the state of IN, NC, OH or VA and hold a merchant certificate, do I have to pay sales tax?
No, If you have an IN, NC, OH or VA merchant certificate (tax exempt) you do not have to pay sales tax if you send me a filled out and signed form, along with a copy of your merchant certificate and a link to the platform you are selling on. You can obtain this for by going to your state's website. After review I will update your account. (You must have an account on our website.) Email it to: PersonalLeeYours@gmail.com
Indiana Form ST-105 (Must send yearly along with Merchant Certificate)
Ohio (Form does not have to be refiled, must resend updated Merchant Certificate)
North Carolina Form E595E (Must have at least one purchase within a period of twelve consecutive months if not you must resend.)
Virginia Form ST-10 (Must resend every 5 years)
I have a discount code that won't work, what do I do?
We do not post discount codes with websites that offer a discount from our shop. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will get special discount codes that you must enter and will only apply if you are a subscriber. All other discount codes will apply automatically in your cart when we have them. These websites that offer discount codes for our shop are invalid. They offer them to get your IP address. Any discount codes that are offered must be used at time of purchase. We do not refund if you did not enter the code during checkout, no exceptions.
I entered the wrong information, what do I do?
Please contact me right away with the correct shipping information. We are not responsible if your order is shipped to the wrong address.
If payment is the issue, once order has been placed there is nothing we can do. We do not process your payment or have that information. All orders are processed by Shopify's secure payment processing system.
What is your cutoff time to have an order shipped the next day?
Monday through Friday 2:00 PM CST, orders placed on Friday after the cutoff time will ship on Monday. (Tuesday if a holiday is observed). Orders Placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Tuesday. This cutoff time is mainly for signs that need to be made to fill your order. Most ribbon orders placed on Monday through Friday are shipped the next day. During the holidays and special events, time to ship may increase.
I forgot to enter a coupon code, will you add it for me?
When we have discount codes, you must enter your coupon code at time of purchase without exceptions. It can not be added after your order has been completed. A refund will not be given after the transaction is complete.
Price has change, will you refund me the difference?
We do not refund the difference from day to day changes in price or discounts.
Prices and discount codes are subject to change without notice. Change in price or discount are nonrefundable.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
Although we try our hardest not to send the wrong item, errors do occur. Please contact us within 3 calendar days after receiving your order. The correct items will be sent to you the next business day. We can not accept returns if you have written on rolls of ribbon. Please check in your order before writing on anything.
If there was an item missing from your order, you will be refunded the amount paid directly if the total is less than $5.00. If over $5.00, your items will be sent the next business day.

What Time Zone are you?
We are in the Great State of Indiana and our time zone is CST. All sales or discount codes end with this time zone.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States as a special event. We do not add the cost of shipping in our products. (ie: the cost of the label, box, tape, packing materials, labels, stickers and the time it takes to pick and pack.) When we have a free shipping event it will be post on the home page. You must use physical address, PO Box is not allowed.
You can NOT combine 2 orders to qualify for free shipping. All orders are separate.
Do you have Local pickup?
I'm sorry, we do not offer local pickup due to having no proof that you received your order. We regret this but we have lost money due to customers that picked up their order who stated they never received their order even though we had them sign a release of product. This has happened multiple times and can not have this happen again and absorb the cost. Sorry for this inconvenience.
What carriers do you ship with?
We ship with USPS Ground Advantage or UPS SurePost
Do you make custom sign?
I do not design custom signs, personalize, change wording or colors any longer. Just not enough hours in a day. I always take suggestions on something you would like to see in the future.
Will you put holes in my signs?
I do not put holes in my signs. Different wreaths call for the holes to be placed in different areas of the sign for best results. You may purchase a bag of 100 mounts in the shop or get yourself a metal hole punch. The metal hole punchs can be purchased through Amazon.
What is your turnaround time?
All orders ship within 2-3 business days or sooner, 4-5 business days during holidays, sales and special occasions once payment has cleared. Turnaround times, or production turnaround time, does not include shipping time or time the order spends in transit.
Are the signs you make in stock?
No, each sign is made when ordered. Current turnaround times are posted on the home page and above.
Can I sell my wreath using your exclusive signs?
You CAN sell your completed wreath and/or complete wreath kits (all components) using these signs without any worries. I have a licensing agreement which gives me the right to manufacture these signs as a craft supply used to make a completed item such as your wreaths, swags, kits etc. You CANNOT resell these or any of my signs as a single item or as your own . Kits require credit for the sign to Personal Lee Yours. Every sign has my brand on the back that would revert back to me if there is any question about copyright infringement. So rest assured that it is perfectly legal to sell your wreaths made with these signs without any copyright infringement. If you should have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Can I sell any of your signs in my shop?
No, you cannot sell signs from Personal Lee Yours by themselves/single product. You may sell them as part of a completed wreath or wreath kit with all the components. For wreath kits, I require that you give Personal Lee Yours credit in your description for the wreath sign. When you purchase, you agree to these terms as stated in the legalities. (link on bottom of page)
Can I add to an order that has been already placed?
No, each order is separate and final. I do not process or have your credit card information to protect your privacy and financial information. You will have to make another order. I will combine your orders to ship together as long as they are placed before 2:00 pm (CST) on the same day. Please send me a note when placing your order to bring it to my attention.
Do you accept returns or cancelations?
No - As stated in each listing, I do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds once you've placed your order due to the nature of this business. If you should have a problem with your order, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order. I always do my best to make things right. You have one (1) hour to cancel a non-sign order. Any and all cancelations will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please check your order before placing, if canceled or create a chargeback, your orders will no longer be honored.
The Design on my ribbon is not centered.
Although we try our hardest to bring you the best ribbon possible, it is out of our control when ribbons are not centered perfectly. If it is a drastic amount, they are not sold.
*Please note that ribbons printed with dark dye, there may be a color transfer or areas where the dye seeps into nearby colors. For example, red dye could alter the appearance of the white areas to have a pinkish tint.
** Also, Center cut ribbons (ribbon that has a design down the ribbon) may not be perfectly centered due to manufacturing cutting. Plaid designs may not always be cut exactly as the photo shows.
This does not happen often, but is out of our control and will not be held responsible.
Are your wreath signs 3-D or smooth?
The signs I make are a flat surface. No metal sign is completely smooth. You may see slight ridges or a very tiny sand like texture. This is caused when the UV protective coating is applied, it will take on the texture of the bare metal. This coating slows down the fading of the sign so it looks good for years and is a must. If you look at the backside of the sign you will see the texture depending on the angle the light hits it. This applies to all metals. We do not use pitted or scratched blanks.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship are only shipping within the Contiguous United States and Canada.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Great care is taken packaging your order. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once it leaves our hands. If your package is lost or damaged and it was shipped USPS priority mail or ground you will have to file a claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
You must have your tracking number, a copy of your receipt, picture of damaged items with a picture of the label. You will also need my address (11213 W 80th Ct, Saint John, IN 46373). We do not file the claim. USPS packages are insured up to $100.00, if you need more insurance on you package, please contact us and we will send you an invoice for the extra service.
Do you have any coupon/discount codes?
We have special discount code for our newsletter subscribers. If you would like to receive our newsletter, please go to the bottom of the home page where you can add your name once you are logged in.
I'm not receiving my receipt when I order, why?
If you have put in the correct email address, please check your spam or promotion folders. Mark as not spam. Another reason is you have a spam blocker, you will have to enter my website to accept emails from me. If all is correct, you should get an order confirmation and notifications when your order ships, out for delivery and delivered. If you entered the wrong email, you will not receive any of the above or specials that I will be having.
